U.S. Constitution Forbids Rogue President's Immigration Fiats

Honorable people can disagree on what this country's immigration policy should be, but the president's recent actions cast serious doubt on his claims to be a scholar of the U.S. Constitution. As the attached editorial suggests, the president is acting with contempt for Constitutional separation of powers. We don't expect illegal immigrants to develop a devotion to the Constitution anytime soon, and this is perhaps the political genius of the president's strategy.
